Please note while SPI makes every attempt at placing courts costs on these pages, occasionally, a delay make occur in the update. We reserve the right to charge for court fees, if our researchers are being charged for them at the County Level. Please check with our offices if you have any question about a court fee not on this list or a specific area if in doubt. We do send broadcast faxes as well as the Current News on the website to keep you advised of new charges.

Volume discounts will NOT be applied to statewide searches.

There are miscellaneous Court and copy fees which are often invoiced after the fact by our researchers. These costs may appear as a separate entry for searches previously invoiced, and are the result of not receiving the information until after billing is completed for the period.
