The clerk of Hancock, MS Justice Court has confirmed the court is currently experiencing a delay due to a shortage of personnel. Hancock, MS is a clerk assisted search and does not provide terminals made available to the public for direct access to court records. The clerk estimates an additional two to three weeks to clear the current backlog. We will update as soon as any additional information is received from the court.
