Due to Winter Storm Petra, we are expecting delays in processing in the following states due to court closures:
West Virginia: Berkeley, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, and Pendleton.
Maryland: Allegany, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Charles, Cecil, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, St. Mary's, Somerset, and Washington.
Virginia: Albemarle, Alexandria, Alleghany, Arlington, Augusta, Bath, Bedford, Campbell, Caroline, Carroll, Charlottesville, Clarke, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Franklin, Frederick, Giles, Green, Harrisbonburg/Rockingham, Loudon, Lynchburg, Madison, Montgomery, Nottoway, Orange, Page, Pittsylvania, Prince William, Rappahannock, Roanoke, Rockbirdge, Shenandoah, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Staunton, Warren, Waynesboro, Westmoreland, and Winchester.
Pennsylvania: Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Mechanicsburg.
Courts in the District of Columbia are also closed.
